Premium Washington apple expands from wholesale markets to urban consumers as demand exceeds expectations
Bangkok, Thailand – June 29, 2026 – Cosmic Crisp®, the premium apple from Washington State, USA, is quickly becoming one of Thailand’s most talked-about premium fruits after achieving more than 220% sales growth during the 2025/26 season.
Following a successful market launch through Thailand’s leading wholesale fruit markets, Cosmic Crisp® has expanded to 88 wholesale partners across six major wholesale markets, creating a strong distribution network that is now bringing the premium apple closer to consumers nationwide.
Thai consumers have described Cosmic Crisp® as “incredibly crunchy,” “sweet, juicy and refreshing,” and “unlike any apple I’ve tasted before,” making it one of the fastest-growing premium apple varieties in the market.
To celebrate this success, the Washington Apple Commission honored 10 outstanding wholesale partners at Talaad Thai International Market for their contribution to the Washington Apple Trade Loyalty Program.
